1. Right of Withdrawal

1.1. According to the provisions of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, no. 206), the Purchaser may, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the package containing the ordered goods, withdraw from the purchase contract. To exercise this right, the goods must be returned in their original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale, without any warranty or protective seals having been removed or tampered with (where applicable). Opening the outer packaging, if not sealed for hygienic/health reasons, for the purpose of examining the product, does not prejudice the right of withdrawal.

1.2. In particular, for contracts concerning the sale of goods, where delivery of the goods has occurred, the substantial integrity of the goods to be returned is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal.

1.3. The provisions relating to the exclusion of the right of withdrawal for certain categories of goods and services provided for in Art. 59 of the Consumer Code are reserved. In particular, the right of withdrawal is excluded for:

• The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for hygienic or health protection reasons and were unsealed after delivery (Art. 59 letter e) of the Consumer Code). This exclusion applies to HedonX products if the warranty seal or protective packaging has been removed or damaged after delivery (e.g., for HedonX cosmetics, the primary exclusion is based on hygiene reasons).
• For goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly pursuant to Art. 59, paragraph 1, letter d). With reference to this exclusion, the Purchaser is informed and accepts that among the Products that “are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly” are, by way of example, all food products, given that the characteristics and qualities of these types of Products are subject to alteration even as a result of inappropriate storage.

1.4. The Purchaser, by exercising the right of withdrawal in accordance with this article, within the terms and according to the procedures described below for the return of the Products, may obtain, at their choice:

• Reimbursement of the amount paid for the Products shipped back to the central warehouse, by re-crediting the corresponding amount to their credit card or by bank transfer;
• Credit for an amount equal to the price of the Products shipped back to the central warehouse, usable only on the Website www.hedonx.com.

1.5. Pursuant to Article 67, paragraph 3 of the Italian Consumer Code, the return shipping costs shall be borne exclusively by the Purchaser.

1.6. It is also reminded that packages sent at the recipient’s expense will not be accepted.

1.7. HedonX will reimburse the customer the full amount already paid for the Product within 14 days of receiving the return form containing the decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. HedonX reserves the right to withhold the reimbursement until it has received the goods or until the Purchaser has demonstrated that they have returned the goods.

1.8. The Purchaser and/or the recipient of the Order must necessarily contact HedonX customer service (hedonx@hedonx.com) to arrange the return and receive detailed instructions.

1.9. Products must be returned to HedonX in their substantial integrity, with their original packaging, accessories, instructions for use, and anything else supplied with them, in conditions suitable for resale.

1.10. HedonX will accept returned goods, reserving the right to ascertain that the Products have been returned in their original condition and with their original packaging.

1.11. Reimbursement will be made by reversing the amount charged to the Credit Card or by Bank Transfer using the bank details (IBAN code of the invoice holder) provided by the Purchaser within the Return Form.

1.12. To exchange Products purchased online, it is necessary to send an email to hedonx@hedonx.com with the order number in question. The exchange can only be made with Products of equal or greater value than those to be returned. Even partial re-crediting of the amount spent can only be obtained by returning the Product to HedonX‘s central office.

1.13. The return of Products will not be accepted beyond the legal term established for withdrawal and contract cancellation.

1.14. To the Consumer who exercises the right of withdrawal in accordance with the provisions established, the sums already paid will be reimbursed within 14 days, and in any case no later than 30 days from the date on which HedonX became aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the Consumer.
